Paraclete Christian Counseling offers Biblically sound counseling services with a strong foundation in current psychological theories and techniques. Started in 2006 by Diana Sisk, a graduate of Asbury Theological Seminary, to offer support counseling services for alleviating the more difficult counseling problems of Pastors and churches in the Lexington area. Paraclete can offer individual support in the areas of depression, addiction, marital, abuse, parenting, family, and grief counseling. Group counseling for specific concerns can also be facilitated.

Paraclete Christian Counseling is currently staffed exclusively by Diana Sisk. Her education and training are rooted in the classical theories and standard educational format required for State licensing with an integration of Christian beliefs. Therapy is an integration of  multiple theories dependent upon the needs of the client, but always from a Christian perspective. 

“God working through the power of the Holy Spirit provides the insight needed by the client and counselor to work together toward complete wholeness of body, soul, and spirit.” The goal is a transformational change and healing of the self and relationships.

Appointments can be made by calling 859-333-0268.  Payment for services is expected at the close of the counseling session. Counseling fee $75 per hour, cash or checks accepted. Cancellation of counseling appointments accepted 24 hours in advance of the session, otherwise fees for the session are due.
